When workpieces' height is high or a CNC indexing disc is equipped in the worktable, only a heightened column can satisfy the processing

 need rather than buying bigger machine. 

Column is heightened by adding a contour block between the column and the base, its Z axis travel remains unchanged. 

Not all models are suitable for column heightening and the added height also has a limitation. Usually the increased height is no more than 

300 mm in gantry machine, while in vertical machining center it is no more than 250mm. Please contact our sale engineer for the exact expected 

height in each model.
