CNC vertical milling machine pneumatic system troubleshooting method

When the pneumatic system of the CNC vertical milling machine starts or stops for a long time, when the pneumatic device does not operate normally, check whether there is a frictional force greater than the dynamic friction force due to the starting of the sealing ring. Select the quality machine tool accessory to identify the titanium machine, causing the circuit. In some cases, the operation of some gas valves, cylinders and load sliding parts is abnormal. If there is gas source purification, oil and moisture should be removed in time, and lubrication conditions should be improved to eliminate the fault.


When the cylinder of the CNC vertical milling machine is in the middle stop state and there is still a slow failure, the following measures can be taken:


1. Check the cylinder for internal leakage or external leakage. If there is leakage, replace the seal or cylinder, or use the stop type only position valve;


2. If the fault occurs due to excessive load and the use of the discontinuous three-position valve is still not possible, the gas-liquid combination cylinder or the locking cylinder may be used instead;


3. Check that the air in the gas-liquid combination cylinder is mixed with air, and measures should be taken to remove the air in the oil.


When the cylinder has an "out of output force" fault, the following measures can be taken:


1. Check if the set pressure of the pressure reducing valve is too high. If the set pressure is too high, it should be reset.


2. Check if the cylinder load becomes smaller. If it is smaller, re-adjust the pressure of the cylinder;


3. Check whether the sliding resistance of the cylinder is reduced. If the sliding resistance is reduced, the cylinder pressure should be readjusted.


4. Check if the cylinder speed is slow. If the cylinder speed is slow, adjust the speed control valve.
